Electronic Gift Voucher Purchased

• Electronic Gift Voucher(s) can be redeemed ONLY on goynapoyna.com.
• Electronic Gift Voucher(s) can be redeemed on purchase of any jewellery products on goynapoyna.com.
• On the payment page, Click on the tab "I have a Voucher" and enter your Electronic Gift Voucher number for redemption.
• Multiple Electronic Gift Voucher(s) cannot be used in a single transaction. Electronic Gift Voucher(s) can be combined with any other payment type on goynapoyna.com.
• Electronic Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of 3 months from the date of issuance to the recipient.
• Electronic Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase another Electronic Gift Voucher.
• Payment mode will be Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card.
• Electronic Gift Voucher(s) once bought online, shall be considered as sold and cannot be Cancelled, Exchanged or Refunded.
• If lost or misused, the Electronic Gift Voucher(s) cannot be replaced. Electronic Gift Vouchers are void if resold, and cannot be exchanged for credit(s) or cash and cannot be re-validated once past expiry date.
• In addition to these Terms and Conditions, Goynapoyna Electronic Gift Voucher(s) and their use on our website are also subject to Goynapoyna's general Terms of Use & Goynapoyna's decision will be final in case of any dispute.
• Goynapoyna may change (add to, delete, or amend) these terms from time to time. Unless stated otherwise, the changes will apply to any new Goynapoyna Electronic Gift Voucher. Any Electronic Gift Vouchers that you purchase are for personal, non-commercial use and enjoyment only. The same may be shared with family and friends, but may not be advertised, sold or used as promotional items by the purchaser or anyone else without Goynapoyna's prior written consent.

Offer Terms & Conditions*

• Special offer is valid only on select designs on diamond jewellery.
• Goynapoyna may change (add to, delete, or amend) these terms from time to time.

Resizing & Repairs

• In the event you want to resize your ring, the company will resize the ring for a cost.
• If the resized ring costs more than the existing ring, the incremental cost shall be borne by the customer.
• If for some reasons, your product needs to be repaired, the company shall repair/replace the product for charges to be determined on a case to case basis.
• Shipping charges under Repairs & Resizing policy shall be borne by the customer.

Cancellation of Product

If the Customer wants to cancel the product before dispatching it, 10% of the Total product amount would be deducted and the rest of the amount would be credited to the customer account within 4-5 working days.

Why 10%

Once the product is ordered, the process of manufacturing the product is started. Once the customer cancel's the product, manufacturing process has to be stopped and the product is melted, due to which the making charges is lost. So, the deduction charge covers all these expenses.

Return Policy*

We regret to inform that the service of return by parcel is not yet enabled. For return of any product, the product must be brought to any of our 3 shops in Kolkata either by you or your relative inconvenience regretted.
